In June 2015, I received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Psychology at Southwest University, followed by a Master of Education degree from the School of Psychology at South China Normal University in June 2018. In December 2023, I completed my Ph.D. at the School of Psychology at Trinity College Dublin under the supervision of Professor Lorina Naci. My research focuses on brain and cognitive changes in healthy and pathological ageing. My postdoctoral work aims to investigate the cognitive and computational mechanisms of cognitive flexibility. To advance my research, I use a variety of techniques including behavioural paradigms, EEG, MEG, MRI and eye-tracking. I have received a Young Investigator Grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and have contributed to two NSFC general projects. With 13 SCI-indexed papers published in prominent national and international journals, I also serve as a reviewer for NeuroImage.
