I specialize in psychological development of children and adolescents. By combining insights from education, sociology, psychology, and statistics, and adopting macro, meso, and micro approaches, I examine how community, school, and family influence various aspects of children’s and adolescents’ development, including academic achievement, emotional development, and interpersonal relationships. As the first author or corresponding author, I have published over 30 papers in high-impact domestic and international journals such as Psychological Development and Education, Journal of Beijing Normal University (Social Sciences), Chinese Journal of Special Education, Child Abuse & Neglect, Journal of Affective Disorders, and Journal of Family Violence. I also serve as the principal investigator for several national and provincial research projects.
