WEI Zhang

Assistant Professor, School of psychology, Shenzhen University. Graduated from the Department of psychology, Zhejiang University, and obtained a doctorate in education. Member of the Chinese Psychology Society and member of the Decision Psychology Society. Mainly engaged in teaching and research of applied psychology, and has taught courses in basic psychology, management psychology, economic psychology, positive psychology, human resource management, consumer behavior, higher education psychology and so on. The research fields are management psychology and positive psychology. As a backbone member, participated in many national and provincial level projects, including National Natural Science Fund and National Social Science Fund. In recent 8 years, more than ten articles have been published in relevant core academic journals, 2 of which are retrieved by SSCI
